You will have to follow the instructions related to the product description that you can find on the web site in the description page. Each product, indeed has a description page with all the storage information and advised mode of consumption.

CAN I RECYCLE THE PACKAGING?

At Valitaly, we do everything we can to engage sustainably & responsibly with the world around us. Our boxes are made from recyclable cardboard, and any plastic within your box can also go in the recycling bin.







WHERE CAN I FIND A LIST OF ALLERGENS?

Whilst we have strict food safety storage measures & procedures in place, for the purpose of our business we do not prepare any fresh food for our customers, but we are, as a small business, unable to guarantee that there will be no traces of an allergen in the products that we sell. Each product has a detailed description page which displays all the main ingredients. Therefore, it will be your responsibility to check the various ingredients and allergens that might be present.

ARE
THERE ORGANIC/GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS AND RECIPES?

Yes, we have a selection of gluten free and organic products, we will have vegetarian recipes which will include "Vegetarian (VG)" at the end of the title on our online recipes, Vegan recipes include "Vegan (VE)", and Gluten Free recipes include "Gluten Free’’.







WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED/MISSING?

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

No problem. Just let us know a safe place for your delivery driver to leave your order, then collect it when you get home. It’s really easy to do this, here's how:

When placing your order, we will ask you for any special delivery instructions at checkout. Simply select the option that suits you best, or select another and type your instructions in the box.







CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

You can contact us at info@valitaly.co.uk within 24 hours from receiving order confirmation in order  to cancel or amend it.
